The Navien NPE-240S2 is a premium condensing tankless water heater built to deliver reliable, high-capacity hot water for residential or commercial applications. This unit delivers up to 11.2 gallons (42.4 L) per minute at a 35°F (2°C) temperature rise and operates at flow rates as low as 0.5 GPM, making it ideal for both large-volume and low-demand applications.

Designed for indoor or outdoor wall-hung installation, the NPE-240S2 features ultra condensing technology and durable dual stainless steel heat exchangers. It includes the intuitive EZNavTM control panel with a built-in HotButtonTM interface and is compatible with NaviLinkTM for remote access. The unit is field convertible between natural gas and propane and supports cascading of up to 12 units for expanded demand. With ultra-low NOx emissions and 1/2″ gas line compatibility up to 24 feet (7.3 m), it offers maximum flexibility for a wide range of installations.
